The offering cancels all previous prices offered by us and is subject to change without notice. Minimum orders are required. Prices are for the wholesale trade.
Warranty
McDonnell Horticulture will exercise extreme caution to have all plants true to name. However, we give no warranty expressed or implied as to the variety or productivity of the nursery stock we sell. No liability is assumed by us for delay or failure to deliver caused by drought, flood, strikes, embargo, or any other contingencies beyond our control.
Claims
Claims MUST be made upon receipt of merchandise. We will at no time be responsible for more than the original purchase price of merchandise.
Orders
A 25% deposit is required on all advanced orders. Rose orders should be placed in the fall and mum orders in the spring to assure delivery.
Shipping
We will gladly load your truck or ship on a truck from our own fleet. Our smaller trucks will hold approximately 3,500 1-gallon plants, 1000 3-gallon plants, etc. Our tractor trailers will hold approximately 9000 1-gallon, 2500 3-gallon, etc. Please call for freight rates.
Terms
Open accounts on known or approved accounts, net 30 days. Overdue accounts are subject to a one and one half percent per month service charge. Accounts over 90 days will be turned over for collection with buyer responsible for all costs incurred. There is a $25.00 fee for all returned checks.
